This web site is for people who can volunteer their own time, in any way, to the ongoing battle to achieve a tidy, litter-free environment for Dacorum. Its purpose is to put volunteers in contact with each other and with Dacorum Borough Council.

The site was created on 8th October 2003 and includes some material from the Dacorum Environmental Forums Volunteer Litter Warden Scheme, which ran for a few years before folding through lack of Council resources.
