The aim of this society is to conserve British Lepidoptera.

The branch has field trips, indoor meetings and regular weekly Transect walks to identify and record Butterflies in Herts. New members always welcome.

The branch manages its own reserve 'Millhoppers Pasture' which is near Tring.
