Kickstart (Bishops Stortford) Trust Ltd, known as Stortford Kickstart, is a registered charity which provides free help and guidance to unemployed people in the Bishops Stortford area.
It caters for the age range 18-65 with specific, but not exclusive, reference to those who do not qualify for guidance under government sponsored schemes.
Support and guidance on offer includes:
- Finding out skills, aptitudes and experience (Pathfinder)
- CV preparation and letter writing
- Job applications
- Interview practice
- Access to newspapers, photocopier, email and internet
- Support from a team of seasoned professionals
