Hertfordshire Response helps businesses plan a co-ordinated response to redundancy, outplacement, closure, restructuring or rationalisation.

Any business on the verge of, or going through, a redundancy process can contact Hertfordshire Response. Consultants from the service then work with the business to develop a package that will help their staff to find a new job. This might include CV development, workshops, interview skills training, courses or practical sessions on starting a new business. Each response package is tailored to the needs of the business, staff and budget.

Hertfordshire Response is part of Hertfordshire Careers Service.
