The Open University in the East of England with its centre based in Cambridge, offers local support to Open University enquirers and students in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. It has a network of over twenty five study centres, of which there are five in Hertfordshire, where tutorials are held.
The Learner Support Team at the centre offers information, advice and guidance about all aspects of Open University study, including course choice, study preparation, fees, careers and services for students, with additional requirements
The centre holds reference stocks of Open University course materials through which callers are welcome to browse. Local study centres also hold some materials - phone the Cambridge centre for details.
You can contact The Open University in the East of England by letter or e-mail, or by phoning between 8.30 and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. If you wish to call in personally, please contact in advance to make an appointment, so they can ensure someone is available to talk to you.
