The Open University's London Regional Centre is the local base for students and enquirers in the Greater London area. They are open five days a week during normal office hours to offer help and advide to enquirers and applicants.
At this Centre there is a full range of Open University materials covering all programmes of study. Visitors are welcome to make an appointment to come and look at these.
The OU is open to residents of the UK and the European Union who are 18 years or older. Students study on a part-time basis at home or wherever is convenient for them. Teaching materials are supplied by the OU and every student is given a personal tutor.
There are a wide variety of courses available at different levels - single courses, diplomas, undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Professional Certificates and for some subject areas, doctorate level.
Costs vary depending on the courses chosen. Financial assistance may be available for those in receipt of state benefit.
