Hertford Regional College (HRC) offers education and training for students of all ages, on both a full and part time basis. The wide range of courses available provide opportunities to study for qualifications, increase promotion prospects or simply make new friends while learning together for pleasure.
The main College centres are in Ware and Broxbourne and there are also two smaller centres in Waltham Cross and Bishops Stortford called ‘NextStep’. In addition to this there are numerous community venues used for some part-time courses.
Facilities at HRC include art studios, hairdressing and beauty salons, construction and motor vehicle workshops, student centres, libraries, information centres, workspaces and refectories.
Many courses start throughout the year, not just in September, and some offer flexible study enabling students to learn at their own pace. The College also offers opportunities for independent learning, either on one of their NextStep learning centres or at home.
Free, impartial career guidance is also available for those seeking advice about their future options or looking for a change of direction.
