Retired and semi-retired people meet to expand their knowledge, share interests or acquire new skills.
Regular monthly meetings of Watford and District U3A are held at the Metropolitan Police Club, Aldenham Road, Bushey, on the first Tuesday of each month at 10.00a.m.
Study groups on over 40 different topics meet at regular intervals throughout the month at a number of convenient locations, including members' homes.
Directions: University Bus 602 from Beechen Grove, Watford goes by the Police Club. (Check with bus company as this changes from time to time).
Publications: 'U3A' published by Third Age Trust National office; Watford and District U3A monthly newsletter.
