WEA offers courses of 10 and 6 weeks during Autumn, Spring and Summer terms. Courses are open to anyone over 16 with no upper age limit. Subjects are varied and include arts, literature, science and current affairs. Book boxes are provided and further reading, study and research is encouraged but not compulsory. There is no creche provision.
The strength of this movement is in its branches with District and National organisations composed of members from those branches.
Class times and venues:
* Tuesday mornings from 10.00am to 11.30am at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Duncombe Road, Bengeo.
Fees are kept as low as possible and courses are free to anyone on means tested benefits.
