The club meets at Watford Central Leisure Centre, Peace Prospect, Hempstead Road, Watford, WD17 3HA (01923 296750) on Saturdays from 5.00pm-6.00pm.

This is a swimming club for any person of any age with a disability plus their immediate family and helpers of over 16 years of age. The club was formed to provide a safe and friendly environment for people with disabilities to swim. The water provides support allowing much greater mobility than on land and swimming is great for improving stamina, suppleness and strength.
