Sports facilities for anyone over 18 years old.

Sports include: Badminton, Table Tennis, Uni Hoc, Quick Cricket (for the more able). Table Games, Dominoes etc (for the less active).

They aim to provide these facilities in a friendly, clublike atmosphere. The occasional awayday is organised during summertime.

They meet on Saturdays from 11.00am-1.00pm at Hemel Hempstead Sports Centre.

The club is shut during all bank holiday weekends (except May Day).

Affiliated to: Hertfordshire Action on Disability.
