The sports centre is a place where disabled and non-disabled people can enjoy a wide range of sporting activities.

The sports include:
5-a-side football;
short tennis;
keep-fit;
aerobics;
badminton;
yoga;
swimming;
karate.

There is a dance studio. A one to one IT tuition is held in the Karten CTEC Centre.

Other activities include: children's parties, toddler time, over 50's sessions and fitness studio.

All the facilities are integrated for both disabled and non-disabled people. The staff are trained for dealing with disabilities.
