Advice and information given to people with disabilities, carers and representatives on benefits and how to claim them. They can also send out an extensive range of leaflets and claim packs.

A national service that covers the whole of England, Scotland and Wales.

This service has no access to customers personal records, so can only provide general advice.
All advisers are trained in all the benefits, the most common advice that is given are those relating to disability and sickness.

There is no charge for the service, but some mobile phone users may incur a cost by their operator.

Opening times:
Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.30pm;
Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm.
