The Daylight Club is a social club for adults of working age with physical disabilities. The Club is member led and run by a management committee. It is open to anyone living in the St Albans District.
The group meet every Wednesday and Friday and get involved in a range of activities from creative arts, photography, complementary therapies and day trips into the community.
The Wednesday group meet in St John's Church, Harpenden and the Friday group in Christchurch, St Albans.
The Club own their own tail lift minibus and charge £3.00 a day for transport.
Members can bring their own lunch or order lunch from the local shops.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are available all day for £2.00.
Times: Wednesday and Friday 10.00am-4.00pm.
