Provides holidays for disabled people and planned breaks for carers at 5 UK centres in Essex, Nottingham, Southport, Southampton, and Cornwall. Hertfordshire County Council can provide financial assistance towards the cost of a break as part of a respite care package.

Vitalise also provides holidays overseas and breaks with sighted guides for visually impaired guests.
