Employment Opportunities

Employment Opportunities is the national charity dedicated to creating routes into employment for people with all disabilties and medical conditions. We run employment programmes in partnership with JobCentre Plus such as, New Deal, Workstep and Work Prep, providing a wide variety of services to disabled people seeking work, including career advice, skills assessment, interview techniques and access to local resource centres, together with support with job searching and after placement work.

We also offer advice and support for employers, including our pioneering graduate recruitment scheme. This combines help and advice for disabled students and graduates with support for employers, such as banks, civil service and major corporates, seeking to recruit from this pool of talent.
