Springfield - Oaklands College (St Albans)

Springfield is a unit in Oaklands College which provides a programme of further education for young people and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities whose educational needs cannot be met within a mainstream college setting.

Based within purpose built accommodation, Springfield provides fully accessible facilities and a safe environment for learners with physical disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.

There is also an extensive provision for learners whose needs fall within the Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

The staff have a range of qualifications and expertise so they can offer a variety of different courses. There is also a nurse to attend to any special medical requirements.
