The Employer's Forum on Disability was established by UK business because the economic and social case for addressing disability as a business priority is so compelling. The Forum's 400 members employ over 20% of the UK workforce and together fund the work of the Forum.

The Forum provides a wide range of enabling products and services which make it easier for business to recruit and retain disabled employees, serve disabled customers and develop partnership with disabled people as stakeholders in the wider community.
