Watford Social Centre For The Blind

The Centre offers a variety of activities and events during the week as follows:

Mondays:
11.00am to 3.00pm - manicures.
11.30am to 12.30pm - keep fit.
1.00pm to 3.00pm - games (darts, cribbage, dominoes, etc)

The centre regularly arranges 'matches' with other organisations such as Watford Rotary, Watford Round Table and other clubs.

Wednesdays:
12.00pm to 3.00pm - Social meeting with various events and activities.

Thursdays:
10.30am to 4.00pm - computer classes.

Alternate Thursdays
7.30pm to 9.00pm - Social meeting with various events and activities.

Outings: The centre also organises outings and holidays for members during the year, to well known places such as National Trust properties, gardens, hotels for lunches or tea.

All the activities provide an opportunity for people to enjoy the company of others, and the friendly atmosphere of this flourishing 'club'. Transport can be arranged for members from their homes to the centre and back if required.
