Provides a weekly tape recorded by volunteers using items from the "Herts Advertiser" and "Review". Cassettes of local news are distributed free in St Albans and surrounding areas, for blind and partially sighted people (a signature from either the GP or Optician will be needed if unregistered).

The area covered includes St Albans, Harpenden, Redbourn, Wheathampstead, Park Street, London Colney, Colney Heath, Chiswell Green and Bricket Wood.
