This is a countywide charity promoting self advocacy, independence, equality and choice for all disabled people in the Herts area.
The Group provides the following services:
* Advocacy.
* Disability advice.
* Help with filling in disability benefits forms, including DLA / AA.
* Access audits.
* Disability awareness training.
* Work experience.
* Help with appeals and tribunals.
The React Disability Group are always in need of volunteers who have IT, secretarial, fundraising or business skills. If you would be interested in helping then please contact the Group for further information.
The Group also have a specially adapted minibus which can take various combinations of wheelchairs and seated passengers and is fitted with a tail lift. Available for hire.
Opening Hours: 9.00am-3.30pm Monday-Friday.
