Camphill St Albans provides a holistic support service to about 20 adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health problems in shared houses and single and double flats in St Albans. Camphill also provides day support services in its learning to work programme. This takes place in their Art and Weaving workshop (Apt Creations Studio), shop (Apt Creations Gallery), Marionette Workshop and Allotment Gardens. These day opportunities are also available to people who do not live in Camphill accommodation.

Camphill St Albans is a centre of the Camphill Village Trust, which is itself part of the international Camphill Movement.
