Venue: St Johns Church Hall, Station Road, Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP1 1JY.

Day / Times: Third Friday of the month (except August), 7.30pm-9.30pm.

Cost: £5.00 per year membership plus £2.00 a month entrance (includes snacks and drinks part of the way through the meeting.

A social group for those who have become hard of hearing or deafened in later life. The monthly meetings include talks, quizzes, games evenings and a variety of other activities. The hall has a T-loop system and an on-screen presentation (like TV subtitles) is also given. Signing is not carried out during the meetings.

Other events include day trips, annual barbeque and a Christmas dinner.

The group is made up of a variety of deafened of people and their hearing partners and the age range is currently from 30 upwards.
