SNAP (Special Needs Activities and Play) runs specialist holiday playschemes in the Welwyn Garden City/Hatfield area, for children/young people aged 4 to 19 years who have learning disabilities (or varying severity), some also have physical or sensory disabilities and or behaviour that is challenging.

Children/young people can participate in a variety of activities such as drama, music workshops, games and water and paint exploration at the schemes bases, as well as popular outings such as swimming, parks, the zoo and so on. We operate a one to three staff ratio, with higher if needed.

Playschemes provide a much needed opportunity for interactive play a also a much needed break for families. Places are offered in advance of schemes.

* Venues: local schools in Welwyn Garden City.

* Times: 10.00am to 3.00pm during the school holidays (two to four days at Christmas, four to five days at Easter and four weeks over the summer school holidays).

* Price: £10 per day (with some concessions).
