North Herts CVS offers support, advice and information to frontline organisations in the North Herts area. It hosts a Volunteer Centre, a Community Transport Scheme as well as managing a number of social welfare projects.

Community Health Transport Scheme: Car scheme for elderly and disabled people who difficulty using passenger transport for trips to the hospital, doctor or dentist (cost 40pence per mile). This scheme covers North Herts, excluding Royston.
