The Centre for Voluntary Service in Three Rivers was established to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community and bring together the representatives of voluntary and statutory authorities within the area.

The Centre for Voluntary Service is committed to supporting member organisations and seeks to support new ventures which fill perceived gaps in service provision, subject to available resources.
