Big Lottery Fund
The Big Lottery Fund is responsible for distributing funds allocated from proceeds of the National Lottery to help those who suffer the greatest disadvantage in society, bringing real improvement to communities and to the lives of people most in need.
The three broad themes of funding are:
* Supporting community learning and creating opportunity
* Promoting community safety and cohesion
* Promoting well being.
