The Watford Health Trust seeks to relieve persons resident in the Borough of Watford and neighbourhood areas who are sick, disabled, handicapped or infirm by providing or funding items, services or facilities to alleviate suffering and assist recovery.

All official sources must be approached first. Applications must come from Health Visitors, Social Services, Doctors surgeries etc. not direct from the patient.
