This service aims to provide free and confidential counselling, psychotherapy and related services to young people aged 14-25 years living, working or receiving education in St Albans and District .

Youth Talk is mainly funded through independent sources at present.

Young people can contact Youth Talk about any worries or concerns. You will be offered an initial meeting to see if counselling is what you want. Youth Talk can offer weekly individual or group sessions. You may want to come just once or you may want regular appointments over a period of time.
