Centre 33 is a day/evening/weekend drop-in centre for the socially and materially disadvantaged over 18 (homeless, unemployed, ex-offenders, those with mental, alcohol or drug-dependency problems), or people who are lonely and socially isolated. It is operated entirely by volunteers.
The Centre provides simple food and hot drinks at no charge (usually, toast with hot dogs, baked beans etc, or toast with jam, marmalade or "Marmite", more varied foods as and when donated).
Shower facilities (and towels etc.) are also provided free. Clothing, footwear, bedding etc. are distributed as available, to those in need.
The Centre is open 6 days a week, it is closed on Friday evenings and Sundays. It opens with extended hours over the Christmas, New Year and Easter periods. It is also open on other public holidays throughout the year, subject to volunteer availability.
The Centre does not directly provide advice, but it has close links with other organisations that do.

Opening Hours (subject to availability of volunteers):
* Monday-Thursday 10.30am-12.00noon and 8.00pm-9.30pm;
* Fridays 10.30pm-12.00pm;
* Saturdays 12.30pm-2.00pm.
