Help the Aged is a charity with the aim of securing and upholding the rights of older people everywhere. Through research, campaigning and fundraising, it develops solutions, drives activities and inspires others to do the same.

Help the Aged runs SeniorLine, a free telephone advice line for older people on 0808 800 6565 (England, Wales and Scotland), or 0808 808 7575 (Northern Ireland only), available throughout the UK. People who have a textphone can access SeniorLine on 0800 269626. For further details see separate entry.

Help the Aged also produces free advice leaflets about financial matters, housing and home safety and health issues. These are available by writing in to the Information Department, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
