The adult group meets on Mondays at 8.00pm at 120 Exchange Road, Watford, WD18 0AL.

The Cadets meet on Fridays at 7.00pm-8.30pm at the same place.

The Division provides first aid cover at events locally, in Hertfordshire and in London. They provide patient transport.
