Summerswood Day Nursery (Borehamwood)

Summerswood Day Nursery is registered with Ofsted to care for and educate children aged between 2 years and under 5 years old. They are registered to have 40 children on the premises for each session. Strict adult to child ratios of 1-8 and 1-4 are consistently applied.

Nursery sessions run on a daily basis, five days per week, term time only.
9.00am-11.30am morning session;
9.00am-12.30pm morning with lunch session;
12.45pm-3.15pm afternoon session.

Admission to nursery to office holds a waiting list register and children are offered places in date of birth order the term/half term before their 3rd birthday.

Funding - children are funded by Hertfordshire County Council for 5x2.5 hours per week.

Fees - parents are charged per hour/session if their child attends more than the funded session. Rates per hour £4.00 payable weekly or monthly in advance.
