Playbox Parent Toddler Group (Hitchin)

This group is for children aged 0 to 4 years old.

Meetings are held in own room at The Christian Centre, Bedford Road, Hitchin (next to Waitrose) (tel 01462 442238), on Thursdays from 9.30am-11.30am, term time only.

They aim to provide a safe environment for your children to play, and a warm atmosphere where you can meet new friends.

The emphasis of this group is on adults relaxing, and there are no coffee or helping rotas. They do however ask for your assistance in two small areas. Firstly, cakes are sold each week, to assist with funds, which parents/carers are asked to provide (approx. every 6 months). Also, they like to put all the toys away about 11.15am so they can have a singing session at the end of the morning without any distractions.

Although the toddler group operates on a 'just turn up' basis, sometimes, when they are at maximum capaicty they have to apply restrictions which you will be informed about.
