Little Stars Pre-School (St Albans)

* Venue:
Little Stars meet at St Lukes Church Hall, Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans.

* Meeting times:
Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12noon.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.30pm to 3.00pm.

The pre-school group is open to children from two and a half to five years of age. Nursery places are available for 4 years old to provide continuity of preschool learning and care.

The aim of the group is to build confidence in young children and to give them the opportunity to experience play and learning in a fun way. The pre-school follows a weekly theme with activities, singing, stories and play used to re-inforce the 'learning'. They have many children with special needs.

Children have access to a playground area and garden.
Outings are arranged termly and visitors are invited to the school to extend a topic i.e. "Road Safety", when appropriate.

Little Stars adopts an open door policy and parents/carers are welcome to visit with children during opening hours.

All staff are fully trained in both 'child learning' and development and first aid.

Little Stars Preschool is OFSTED inspected and approved.
