Sarratt Ducklings Pre-School

Sarratt Ducklings takes children aged from 2 years 4 months to 5 years.

Activities follow the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines and include early writing and reading activities, music, craft, learning through quality play, physical play both indoor and outdoor, and many more.

Introductory sessions for children aged 2 years 4 months are held Monday-Friday afternoons, 1.00pm-3.30pm. A lunch club for older children operates between 12.00noon-1.00pm.

Ducklings received an excellent report following the OFSTED Inspection in October 2005. All 4-year-olds are funded for five sessions a week by the Government.

The group is run by qualified staff, and parent helpers are welcome at each session. It is registered for 26 children. Although Sarratt Ducklings is situated at Sarratt School, it is an independant group with a Management Committee made up of parents and three Sarratt School representatives, including the Headteacher.

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-3.30pm (10 and a half sessions a week).
