Ickleford Pre-School

Open: Monday to Friday from 9.15am-12noon, Friday 12.30-3.00pm

Venue: Village Hall, Arlesey Road, Ickleford.

For children aged 2 years 9 months - 5 years old.

Ickleford Pre-school aims to offer the highest standard of sessional day care. The pre-school provides quality care and education within a safe, fun and stimulating environment, where all are recognised as being unique individuals. They understand that parents/carers are the first educators of a child and so it is important to work together in partnership to enhance a child's development.

At Ickleford Pre-School they recognise that young children learn effectively in a number of ways, including exploring, observing and listening. They consider children learn best through play experiences and plan activities with individual needs in mind. They provide a broad and balanced curriculum covering the development of physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs. Overall, the most important aim is to provide fun enjoyable activities.
