Boxmoor Pre-School

Opening times:
Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 3.00pm (term-time only).

Charitable pre school for children aged two to five years old.

Boxmoor Pre-school is a charitable, not for profit establishment, which has been established since 1974. Our premises are adjacent to Boxmoor Primary School in Cowper Road. The Pre-school has excellent facilities for the children it serves.

A warm, caring and friendly atmosphere exists within the Nursery and an "Open Door" Policy is operated. Visits are actively encouraged to parents/carers who are thinking of sending their children to us. A high child/staff ratio is maintained.

We offer morning and afternoon sessions, to which a lunch club can be added. A day session is also available for those requiring longer childcare. We are able to offer fifteen hours per week of free nursery provision under the Hertfordshire Nursery Funding Scheme the term after a child’s 3rd birthday – National entitlement is twelve and a half hours per week.

From January 2008 we have started a drop off / collection service to children attending nursery at St. Roses Primary School.
