Merry Go Round Under 5's Association (Baldock)

Merry Go Round offers a wide range of activities for children from 0-5 years of age.

It is run by a Management Committee who are all voluntary. They do a lot of fund raising events, summer/christmas fetes - as well as providing social events, e.g. Halloween parties and open days, which are run to cater for children of all ages.

The mobile is heated and well decorated. They have a large range of toys both indoor and outdoor which are continually being replaced and updated.

The mother and toddler sessions are run by a leader, who welcomes newcomers and introduces them to other people - tea and coffee are offered, biscuit and juice for the children.

The playgroup is run by qualified staff, with many organised activities. Birthdays are celebrated and all children are treated as individuals.

The playgroup can take children from the ages of 2 years 6 months up to 5 years.

Times:
* Playgroup - Monday-Friday mornings (9.00am-11.30am) and Monday-Thursday afternoons (12.30pm-3.00pm;
* Mother and Toddler Group - Monday-Friday mornings (9.00am-11.00am).

Costs:
* Playgroup £6.00 per session for ages 2.5 years to 3 years, free sessions from the term a child has their 3rd birthday;
* Mother and Toddler Group £1.50 per family per session Monday to Friday mornings.
