Day nurseries are open during the length of the adult working day, and the organisers must hold a recognised child care qualification. Day care facilities are registered by Ofsted Early Years.
Ages: 80 places for children aged 3months to 5 years.
Squirrels has moved to new purpose-built accommodation. It works in partnership with Ludwick Nursery School, Holwell Road, Welwyn Garden City. The nursery includes a 12-place baby unit; a waiting list is in operation for these places. Priority for baby places is given to families living in the Peartree ward of Welwyn Garden City.
