Mini Monsters Day Nursery & Pre-school (Hemel Hempstead)

Mini Monsters Day Nursery and Pre-school is a 41 place day nursery for children aged between 3 months and 5 years.

Their aim is to provide high quality care to children and to promote their educational development to assist them to achieve their full potential, as well as creating a fun and stimulating environment.

The children are placed in age appropriate rooms, which are spacious, bright and child focused. This ensures the children receive the correct level of care and education.

OFSTED inspected in 2008 - 'Good' in all outcomes.

They have Baby Monsters 3 months to 1 year. Highlights include sensory area, sleeping area and milk kitchen.

Mini Monsters 1-2 years which have messy area and a soft play book corner.

Little Monsters 2-3 years which have messy area, soft play, circle time area and home corner.

Big Monsters 3-5 years. Registered for Government funding, room split into their 6 areas of learning. Large spacious room.

Playroom, large indoor area with playhouse, bikes, balls, cars.

Playscheme run throughout the school holidays for children 5-8 years.

Staff are qualified or training towards their level 2 or 3 in childcare. They have nursery, assistants, nursery nurses, 3rd in charge, deputy and a manager.

Costs: £24.75 per am session; £23.50 per pm session; £39.75 full day; £190.00 full week.
Times: 8.00am-6.00pm all year, except bank holidays.
