A course of 5 weekly massage classes lasting approx one and a quarter hours, either 1-2-1 or as a group. As well as the practical teaching, topics such as the benefits of massage and when a good time to massage etc are discussed.

Nicky Pargeter is a fully qualifed, CRB cleared, insured instructor and a member of the Guild of Infant and Child Massage.
