Baby massage bebefits both the giver and receiver - the classes offer the opportunity to:
* learn about these benefits
* practices the massage routine
* learn to massage with confidence, making it fun for both you and baby
* Pick up tips on refelxology for common baby complaints

Not only is baby massage great for all the family to learn (it can help to provide a 'specific role' for dads who might otherwise feel a little 'left out', especially if baby is breast fed), but it would also be an asset for childcare professionals to add to their portfolio of skills.
The Wesley Hall is clean, warm and carpeted and provides a safe environment in which to learn baby massage. The Hall is adjacent to the library, just opposite the enterance to 'The Spires' car park. If Barnet is too far to travel to then workshops can be held in your own home for a group of friends, classes are also held in Finchley N3 and Mill Hill NW7. Please phone for further details or email.
