Stretch-n-Grow (Cheshunt, Goffs Oak, Hertford, Hatfield)

The Stretch-n-Grow programme has been specially designed for children aged 2 to 7 years of age to enhance their physical and cognitive development. Stretch-n-Grow is a cirriculum based programme and is closely aligned to Birth to Three Matters, Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 PE, PSE and PSHE.

At Stretch-n-Grow we continually challenge children in a fun, non-competitive manner focusing on the development of the main components of fitness and motor skills progression, as well as creative thinking, problem solving and social skills progression. Rather than learning a series of poses to use as exercises, the focus of the programme is on teaching children about their bodies and how their bodies work.
