Classes take place on:
Wednesday mornings in Bushey;
Wednesday afternoons in Abbots Langley;
Thursday afternoons in Abbots Langley;
Friday afternoons in Abbots Langley;
Sunday mornings in Bushey.

Parent and baby swimming classes. Start from 0 to 4 years old in a warm Hydrotherapy pool. We practise controlled and gentle submersion with the babies. Our first objective is safety and fun in the water, where the children play games and sing songs. The games we play are designed to develop the water skills and bouyancy control necessary for swimming. We never force the children to do anything, rather, we encourage active participation in the games which involve both parent and child.

The classes can help your child to develop true water confidence and enable them to safely explore the water environment. Regular classes help children to attain a level of pre-swimming skills and bouyancy control. It is possible that, with regular practice, children as young as two are able to swim on their backs.
