1st Bishops Stortford Girls Brigade
Uniformed Christian organisation for girls following a programme of spiritual, physical, educational and service activities.
Girls from 5 years upwards take part in four age groups in a variety of activities and are able to gain awards including the Duke of Edinburgh award (for girls over 14 years).
Girls have the opportunity to take part in occasional camps, parades, activity days and to join with girls from other areas.
Venue: Bishops Stortford Methodist Church, South Street, Bishops Stortford.
Times: Tuesday (Term time only)
* 5-8 years 5.00pm-6.30pm;
* 8-11 years 6.30pm-8.00pm;
* 11-18 years 7.00pm-8.30pm.
Subs: £8 per term / £24 per year.
The company operates a uniform hire system for £12.50 a year.
