Guiding offers activities for guides between the ages of 5-25, including Rainbows, Brownies, Rangers and Young Leaders. It also welcomes adult leaders, uniformed and nonuniformed, to help with all ages and give training to adults. There is also an adult section, the Trefoil Guild, for anyone interested in supporting Guiding.

The East Division covers Bishops Stortford, Buntingford, Hertford, Sawbridgeworth and Ware.
