* Meeting times:
Mondays, term time only, 5.30pm-6.45pm (Anchor Boys); 6.30pm-8.00pm (Junior); 7.30pm-9.00pm (Company)
The boys brigade is a uniformed, christian based organisation for boys aged between 5 to 18 years. It is divided into three sections:
- Anchor Boys aged 5-8 years
- Junior section aged 8-11 years
- Company section aged 11-16 years
Each section runs a varied programme of activities based around 5 themes: spiritual, adventure, interest, physical, and community. The 1st Bishops Stortford Company is attached to Bishops Stortford Methodist Church and St Michaels C of E Church
