KLASH is an after school club for children in Kings Langley from rising 5's to 11 years old. It caters for up to 24 children.
The Club is run by a leader with relevant qualifications, a deputy and two assistants. Further surpervision provides a ratio of 1:8 (as required by the Childrens Act 1989). Children are picked up from classrooms by staff, and then taken to KLASH. Each child is registered on arrival and parents/guardians are expected to sign them out on leaving. Children are given a light snack and a drink on arrival.
Daily activities are supervised and include: indoor and outdoor games, art and craft, puzzles and board games, a book corner, a quiet area for resting or doing homework. There are special events often involving professionals such as musicians, sports coaches and dance teachers.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 3.20pm-6.00pm (term time only);
Monday to Friday 7.30am-8.50am (Breakfast). Holiday schemes 6 weeks per year.
