Skool's Out is a non-profit making organisation that offers quality after school care for children between the ages of 5 to 12 years, for working parents who live in Bushey or surrounding area.
The children are collected from schools in Bushey and are escorted, by a member of staff to Skool's Out base; The Bushey Youth and Community Centre in the grounds of Bushey Hall School Falconer Road.
Their philosophy is to ensure that:
* The children are cared for in a warm and caring environment;
* The children are treated as individuals and are encouraged to be independent;
* That the activities are fun, educational and accessible to all children in their care.
The children are offered a healthy snack on arrival at club and then able to engage in a variety of supervised activities ranging from quizzes, to sports, to dressing up, until their parents collect them. Club closing time is 6.15pm and operates during school term time only.
The club is registered to care for 50 children daily and is registered with OFSTED. All staff are police checked and provided with adequate training.
School's Out has been operating for the past 16 years and has substantial experience of providing after school care in the Bushey area.
This is a non profit making organisation.
